1. Production and Delivery Time

  • Made-to-Order Items: Each statue is handcrafted and requires a production period of up to 3 months from the time of purchase. Once production is complete, we will dispatch your order for delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. UK-Only Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

3. Shipping Fee

  • Shipping costs are included in the price of the item. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
